Strategic Planning
Marleen Morris & Associates works with organizations in a broad range of sectors to help them identify and develop strategic opportunities. Consultation
We work with clients to design and implement consultation initiatives to gather input and exchange views in the development and evaluation of programs and services. We help our clients realize the potential of the consultation process to meet other goals, such as raising awareness, building relationships, enhancing public education and identifying opportunities for collaboration and partnership.

Board Development and Governance
We help organizations build governance capacity, advising on board composition, the governance model, committee structure, terms of reference and board evaluation. We assist in developing board policies, as well as board education and orientation programs.

Communications
At Marleen Morris & Associates, we help organizations communicate with their stakeholders in a consistent and timely fashion. We assist clients in identifying issues and delivering key messages and information, building support and understanding, and enhancing their organizational profile.
